Align

Practise with an intention to realign your inner state. Because when your mind and body are in balance, everything else comes easily into a state of flow. 'Align' classes are typically dynamic and energetic, combining active and passive exercises.

Meditate

When you find a technique that resonates with you, putting in the time is much easier. Develop your practice by exploring different methods, such as sound, mantras, and more.

Move

You don’t have to be a trained dancer to find joy in movement—all of us deserve to feel free and confident in the way we move. Learn to let your body speak, and discover a sense of release, freedom, and fluidity within.
